1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. SPONSOR

This giveaway is sponsored by Muted Motion, LLC, Holton, Kansas 66436 (“Sponsor”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States, ages 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and family members of Muted Motion, LLC are not eligible to win.

4. ENTRY PERIOD

Each giveaway period begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter during any monthly giveaway period:

  1. Follow @mutedmotion_sports on Instagram.

  2. Like and comment on Muted Motion’s latest post.

  3. Post a video using your Silent Basketball.

  4. Tag @mutedmotion_sports and include the hashtag #HoopOnMute in your caption.

Alternate free entry method:
Send an email to support@muted-motion.com with the subject line “Monthly Giveaway Entry.” Include your full name, age, and Instagram handle.
Each valid entry (social post or email) counts as one (1) entry per month.

6. PRIZES

Three (3) winners will be selected each month. Each winner will receive a $100 Amazon.com Gift Card (delivered electronically).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 per winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the monthly entry period.
Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message or email within seven (7) days after the close of each month.
If a winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. PUBLICITY & RIGHTS

By entering, participants grant Muted Motion permission to repost, share, or feature their submitted content, name, likeness, and Instagram handle on Muted Motion’s website, social channels, and marketing materials without additional compensation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta.
Participants release Instagram, Meta, Amazon, and Muted Motion, LLC from any and all liability related to this promotion or the receipt and use of any prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

11. PRIVACY

Muted Motion, LLC collects only the information necessary to administer this giveaway, such as entrant names, email addresses, and social media handles.
This information is used solely to verify eligibility, contact winners, and, if applicable, feature participant content.
Muted Motion does not sell, rent, or share participant information with third parties and will delete personal data upon request by emailing hoop@muted-motion.com
